Alpha shifter collection 22
Blurb
On the night of her transition, Harper Shen is cruelly rejected and banished by her alpha, by her mate. Mateo Fox doesn’t want her, and he no longer wants her in his pack. For seven years, Harper has had no choice but to live with that rejection. She is part of a new pack now, and she has finally made a life for herself, and she is trying to forget the man who ruined her life.
Mateo was not going to mate with a young girl. Harper was too innocent and the pack would have eaten her alive. For the last seven years, he’d been visiting her new pack without her knowing, just so he could be closer, inhale her scent, and allow his wolf to know some semblance of peace.
This visit is different. On the way to Harper’s new pack, he picks up a scent and follows it to a human bar. That’s where he sees his mate for the first time in seven years. The smell of her, the beauty—she is not the young girl he rejected, but a woman.
Harper will not forgive. She will not give in to Mateo. He broke her heart, crushed her spirit, and now she has finally been able to make a life for herself. But she may not have a choice. The full moon is approaching and this is the first time she will be close to her real mate, and she has no idea what their wolves are going to do. She doesn’t know if she is going to be able to stop it.
Will she give into the mating? Will Mateo finally win her trust? Or are they doomed to fail?
Excerpt:
As part of his agreement with the pack who’d accepted his mate, Mateo had to do annual visits where he met with the alpha, they talked, and he found out exactly how Harper was doing. No one knew about the visits, not even Harper’s parents.
When he’d banished her, he knew it had been the right thing to do. Slowly, he had felt his wolf start to go crazy, and not only that, he had felt different about abandoning her. He’d talked with the alpha, and it was time for his annual visit when he got an update, and got to even inhale some of Harper’s clothing, to help the beast within him from breaking loose.
He’d gotten her scent on the way over.
The two men at his side, his closest allies, knew what he had to do and why he had to do it. Peter and Damon came to keep him from doing anything stupid. Harper was too damn young to be an alpha’s mate. He couldn’t put her at that kind of risk. Not now, not ever.
She wasn’t old enough or strong enough to deal with pack politics, and some of the females would hurt her. He had no choice but to protect her because she couldn’t look weak. He knew it had been a long time since a pack female was replaced by another stronger female, but he couldn’t allow anyone to go through with that.
Staring across the bar, he saw her, well, he saw the back of her head. She was standing with another woman, blonde, who within seconds led her onto the dance floor, and all too soon she was surrounded by other men and women.
There were a couple of men who’d gotten close to her. He felt the wolf within him start to rise, and it was Peter who grabbed his arm.
“We’re in human territory. You don’t want to run the risk of starting up some horrible rumors, Alpha,” Peter said.
“And we’re already gaining too much attention. We must leave.”
He couldn’t leave the bar, not without talking to Harper. Damn it, even though the scent of alcohol, sweat, sex, and plenty of other human aromas filled his senses, he could still smell Harper.
She was there, and it smelled warm, like cinnamon and apple, but stronger, with a touch of vanilla thrown into the mix. The only problem was, he smelled other men, and his wolf couldn’t handle it.
Breaking out of Peter’s hold, he moved through the crowd. The humans, clearly seeing a man on a mission, stepped out of his way. He broke through the crowd and finally got to look at Harper. The last seven years had aged her well. She no longer looked like a schoolgirl, and he wasn’t happy.
“Hey!” the woman with her gawked at him as he reached for Harper. No one made a move to stop him as he all but dragged her out of the bar.
At first, Harper didn’t react, but it was like she woke up from whatever trance was holding her, and as soon as they were out of sight of the humans, she began to attack. She dug her heels in and jerked her arm.
“Let go of me!” Harper’s strength surprised him, and he had no choice but to let her go or risk hurting her, which was the last thing he wanted to do.
He looked at her and watched as she pushed some hair off her face. Seconds later, the woman she was with, along with the rest of the pack, stood several feet away, but he knew they’d come to protect her.
“Leave,” Harper said.
“You’re not supposed to be here. None of you are,” Mateo said.
Peter and Damon were at his back, and he knew they’d react if he needed them to.
Harper chuckled. “You’re not their alpha. They don’t have to follow your orders.”
He took a step toward her. “I’m your alpha.”
Silence.
Harper glared at him, and then she took one step, followed by another until she stood almost toe-to-toe with him. “Guess again. You banished me, Mateo. You’re not my alpha. I don’t answer to you.”
He grabbed her arms, pulling her in close. He felt such urgency to press his face against her neck, to breathe her in, but he held himself back. His wolf just wanted to throw her to the ground and claim her right there and then, but he kept control. Like always, control was something he knew.
“You’re my mate.”
“No, I’m not. I’m your rejected mate. I’m not yours and I’m never going to be yours.”

Blurb
After being away from the pack for seven years, Joe Johnson is back. He’s ready to learn from his father so he can take over as alpha one day. On the first night back, he meets up with friends, and catches the most unexpected scent. It was like the best vanilla frosting he’d ever smelled, and he is shocked and delighted to find it’s coming from Darcy Pine.
She is also fifteen years older than him, and even though loved by the pack, is considered boring.
Darcy is not mated. She has never been mated because she refuses to settle down with anyone but her true mate. After discovering the alpha’s son is her mate, she’s terrified. Joe is not taking no for an answer.
But Joe has a secret. He has never been with a woman. For as long as he could remember, he has had a crush on Darcy, and even when he was younger, he was obsessed with her.
Darcy has never been with a man, but when it comes to Joe, she cannot deny her attraction. Rather than tell anyone, they decide to keep their relationship a secret. They don’t want the pack to know.
However, when one of Joe’s friends insults her, Joe cannot control his need to protect her. They cannot keep their relationship a secret for much longer, but will the pack accept them?
Excerpt:
“Hello, Darcy,” he said. “You and I both know why I am here.”
She tensed up. Last night had been so scary. She looked past his shoulder, but no one was waiting in the wings to laugh and mock her. Nibbling her lip, she didn’t know if she should try to avoid the truth or give him a chance.
“Come in,” she said.
Stepping away from the door, she moved to the kitchen, so that the island separated them. This was insane. Joe was younger than her.
He had his whole life ahead of him, and she had gotten used to being alone. She had gone on dates, but none of them had ended well. Some of the guys she dated only wanted to have meaningless sex, which she wasn’t interested in.
She heard Joe close her front door and seconds later, he stood in her kitchen. Her home was small and cozy, which was one of the many things she loved about it, but right now, it seemed a little too small with Joe in her kitchen.
Neither of them spoke for several minutes. They just looked at each other, and she didn’t know how to say what needed to be said.
“Did you have a good trip?” she asked.
“You’re my mate, Darcy.”
She pressed her lips together and looked at him. “I, er, I … do you want a drink?”
“You’re not denying it.”
She reached for the kettle but then stopped herself and turned toward him. Rubbing at her temple, she released a sigh. “I … ugh, I don’t know what to say, Joe.”
He put his hands on her countertop. “Tell me you feel it too?”
Darcy looked at him and she didn’t know what to do or say. What should she tell him?
The truth.
“Yes.” She hadn’t felt anything like this. Her heart raced, her nipples felt heavy, and her pussy was slick. Her wolf, which was quite happy to be calm and relaxed, wanted to go and rub herself all over Joe.
Joe went to round the counter but she held her hand out. “Stop.”
She moved away from him.
“What the fuck, Darcy?”
“I’m forty years old, Joe. I’m older than you. You’re the alpha’s son!” She couldn’t quite believe it. For as long as she could remember, she had wanted a mate, someone to call her own, and to be loved by another.
Not once had her dreams been given, and now, the man that was meant to be hers was fifteen years her junior. There was no way William Johnson would stand for it.
“I don’t give a flying fuck about that. I’m your mate, Darcy.”
“Maybe it is an error,” Darcy said. “You’re so young and you’ve just come back, and…”
“And what?” he asked.
“I don’t know. I’m kind of panicking right now. I don’t know if you can see that.”
“I can see that. Are you saying you’re rejecting me?” he asked.
She instantly recoiled at the dirty word. “No, I’m not rejecting you.”
He went to move closer to her, and she took another step, trying to keep a good distance between them.
She had no idea what her wolf was going to do. Darcy wasn’t used to feeling this unpredictable. She didn’t know how her body was going to react.
Staring at him, she felt her wolf wanting to get to him.
Mine.
Ours.
Mate.
Get him.
Keep him.

Karina is not like any of the wolves within her pack. She’s a human. The only human to be born of two wolves.
When her father invites another alpha to take his pick of willing, single, consenting females, Karina has no choice but to be in the lineup. She is pack, she is single, and she knows she is not going to get picked. She is human, and any alpha would be looking for a wolf.
Rage has no desire to take a woman from Westblood’s pack. He doesn’t need a woman to make an alliance against the rogue wolves that are deadly to all wolves. One scent of Karina, and all sense is lost. She is his mate. He doesn’t care that she’s human, all he knows, is that he belongs with her.
Karina doesn’t feel anything for Rage. Even though he claims to be her mate, she doesn’t sense a thing. She has no wolf senses. She is weak. But slowly, little by little, she cannot help but be drawn to the new alpha. He doesn’t treat her with kid gloves. He shows her his wolf, and he is willing to explore with her.
Rage has already figured out why Karina is human. He doesn’t care. She is his love and his soul mate, and he will never let her go.
Excerpt:
Rage burst out laughing.
She loved the sound.
“I can’t open jars either, which my brothers and Rose find amusing. Dad had to buy me a tool because it’s so bad. Everyone else, pop, and the lid is off.” She mimicked opening a jar for everyone else. “Not me, I look awful, red face, gritted teeth, the works.”
“Do you wish you were a wolf?” he asked.
“Sometimes. I think it might be a little easier for my parents, for the whole pack. No one says anything, but I am the odd one. The outsider. When they go out hunting, I stay home. It gets kind of lonely.”
“They don’t allow you to go out in the full moon?”
“No. They don’t want me to get hurt.”
“You’re pack. Even in wolf form, they’d be able to scent you. I can tell you’re a Westblood, by scent alone.”
She chuckled. “Yay, that can be my superpower. I smell real bad.”
“I didn’t say you smelled real bad.”
Karina laughed. “Please don’t worry about it. At least I know I smell of pack. That is kind of nice.”
“How about at the next full moon, you and I go out?”
“Together?”
“Yes, I’ll take you into the forest.”
“And have your wicked way with me?” she asked, kind of kidding. Was she kidding? She didn’t know if she was or not.
“If you’d like me to.”
Karina looked into Rage’s eyes, and there was something, a gleam, or a hint, a promise.
“Yeah, I don’t think my dad would allow us to do that. He didn’t want us to come here, so I don’t think that’s going to happen.” She wanted to break this … feeling. She had no idea what it was, but it was sweeping over her whole body. Her nipples felt tight and hard.
“You’re my mate, Karina. Your dad can try, but I won’t let him come between us. If you want to spend time with me at the next full moon, then say the words and I’ll make it happen.”
Could she do that? What if it angered her father? But the truth was, she was so curious about what it would mean to be in the moonlight with Rage.
In her mind, she imagined him naked. All the pack ended up naked after their initial change. Most of them abandoned their clothes. For days afterward, Karina often gathered up the clothes and placed them in a large box in the town square for others to come and claim. After twenty-four hours, the box was empty.
“I’d like that.”
“Then consider it done,” Rage said.
Her heart raced and she felt a tightness in her gut. This wasn’t fear, though, but anticipation.
They finished their meal, which was amazing. She loved every forkful, and the pudding was just as delicious. She didn’t think she’d love such dark chocolate, but it was glorious. Everything was amazing.
Rage drove them home, and she was aware of the curtains twitching once again. He got out of the car and walked her up to the main door.
There was no way for anyone to be sneaking looks at them, unless they were behind the main door.
“I had a wonderful time tonight.”
“I did as well,” he said. He reached out, tucking some of her hair behind her ear, and then gripped the back of her neck, pulling her in close. “Do you have any idea how hard it is for me to control myself when I’m around you?”
“You’re having to control yourself?” Karina asked.
He pressed his face against hers. She felt him inhale. “Around you, always.”
“Rage?”
“I want to kiss you.”
She had never been kissed before like this, apart from that other kiss they had shared, but that didn’t count because he’d done it to silence her.
“Tell me to stop.”
“I can’t. I don’t want to.”
He gripped the back of her neck, pulled her in close, and then pressed his lips against hers. At first, the kiss seemed a little strange, but then it changed. Karina pressed her hands against his chest and slowly slid them up, wrapping them around his neck.
Rage sunk his fingers into her hair, deepening the kiss.
All thought left Karina. All she knew was that she wanted Rage and she didn’t want this kiss to end.

So I have good news for the fans of my, Disaster of the Otherworld books, I’m currently writing book two, and yes, I am loving it. There are a lot of twists and turns, that fingers crossed I hope you like.
I’m so excited to say that The Mistake (Volkov Bratva, Book 3) is now available for pre-order and you don’t have to wait long to get this book, as it releases July 4th. 🙂

I wanted to let you know I have currently added 2 more amazon countries links (FR and NL) to my list for the new releases. Let me know if there are any others you would like me to add. If you could send me the link to your preferred Amazon I can add the link to my book.

Leah hates Killian. The alpha wolf that rejected her.
He was destined to be her mate, but no, she was too witchy for him. She wasn’t going to stand around waiting for him, and she certainly wasn’t going to follow him around like a lost little puppy.
Just a tiny problem. He needs her.
Her coven and her parents believe it’s a good idea for her to go with him, to help him on his super secret mission. So that’s what she does. Not because she wants to be with him, but because he needs a witch.
Killian is in search of a way to break the mating bond between him and Leah. She cannot be his mate. A witch will be his undoing. He’s seen the prophecy. Leah will destroy the pack, and he can’t allow that to happen.
He has to go on a quest and make the ultimate sacrifice. Mate with Leah, and then end that bond. He has waited a lifetime to find his mate, and now he must let her go. Can he?
Will he destroy the prophecy for the sake of his pack? Or ruin the only good thing to ever come into his life?
Excerpt:
Snapping the lock was easy and he stepped into the bathroom. Leah was nowhere to be seen. Her clothes were on the floor, and he took a step toward the shower. She was standing beneath the water.
“Get out,” Leah said.
“You asked for the truth,” he said.
“And I got it, now get out.”
“You have to get your shit together.”
She turned her head and he tried not to look down the long length of her back, but it was so fucking hard. Especially as her ass looked so damn inviting. Plump and juicy, designed to sit within his palm and for him to hold her as he fucked her hard, fast, and deep. This is why he wanted to avoid being near her. She was temptation. And each minute he spent with her, the harder it was becoming for him to want to sever their bond.
Lucinda was right. For decades he’d been hoping, praying for his mate. Now that he had her, he was going to give her up for the safety of his pack.
“Get out,” Leah said.
He stepped into the shower stall, not caring that his clothes were getting wet.
“I know I’m hurting you, but you have to see that it’s for your own good,” he said.
“Rejecting me is for my own good. What kind of bullshit is that?”
He noticed when she was hurting, she swore a lot more. It sounded cute.
“I’m old, Leah. You’re still young and I know that wolves and witches only mix well in small doses. You and I would make each other unhappy in no time.”
“You don’t know that. There’s no way you could ever know that,” she said, sniffling. “You’ve not even given us a chance.”
He wrapped his arm around her after another ground-shaking rumble filled the air. The moment he touched her, he felt so fucking free. Pressing his face against her neck, he breathed her in. The wolf inside him calmed.
For three days his wolf refused to settle. Always tense, ready to strike. It was exhausting, and he knew it was part of his punishment for the journey they were taking.
“Why give us something we can’t have?” Killian said.
“Who says we can’t have it?” Leah asked. “Why not give us this chance?”
She spun around in his arms. Her tits pressed against his chest. His hands were now near the base of her back. A mere few inches would see him touching that precious ass, and he wanted to, so badly. He didn’t.
Cupping his face, she forced him to look at her.
He didn’t want to look away. Her eyes were red from crying and he hated himself for causing it. All he wanted to do was protect her and his pack. There was no way for him to have both.
“I don’t know how long we’re going to be on this mission but why not allow ourselves the luxury of being mates? You’re not around your pack. I’m not near my coven. It’s just the two of us, Killian. No one needs to know and when we’ve done what you need, we can go back to our lives. We would have at least given us a chance.”
Damn it, it was so tempting.
Her gaze went to his lips and he watched as she sunk her teeth into her bottom lip.
“Would it be so hard to think about?” she asked. “Tonight.”
She pulled away from him and stepped out of the shower. He didn’t turn but he knew she picked up a towel and left the bathroom.
He turned off the hot water and removed his clothes in the stall as they were now soaking wet. Stepping out of the stall, he tried not to think about her body against his, or the temptation she possessed.
Their journey had taken longer than he planned. He didn’t know how long they were going to be, finding what he was looking for. The details of the path were etched on his mind. The seer had given him a concoction to drink, and he alone had the directions to the witch that would help him.
He thought about Leah. Having her all to himself, making her his mate for this time only, and then, once he found the witch, severing the ties that bound them together. He could have the best of both worlds, even for a little while. Leah, his mate, as well as the safety of his pack. For however long it lasted, he would soak it up.
With a towel wrapped around his waist, he stepped into the main hotel room. Leah had a towel around her body, and she used another to dry her hair.
The thunder and lightning had stopped. All that remained was the smattering of rain, and it didn’t come down as ferocious as before.
“Has any man ever kissed you?” he asked.
Leah spun around, her mouth open slightly in surprise. “What?”
He took a step toward her. “Has anyone ever kissed you?” he asked.
She shook her head, licked her lips. “No.”
He closed the distance between them. They were close now, toe to toe. Leah didn’t try to escape. She tilted her head back to look at him and as she did, she nibbled the corner of her mouth.
He put one hand at her waist, the other at the back of her neck. “Then let’s rectify that.”
Killian didn’t give her a chance to argue. Drawing her close, he slammed his lips down on hers and took the kiss he’d been craving. Tracing his tongue across her lips, she moaned and gasped, and he plundered inside, swallowing down the pleasured sounds. He couldn’t get enough of them.
Moving the hand he held at her waist, around her back, he went down to her ass, gripping the full, plump flesh, and drew her close. This time, he didn’t hide his arousal. There was no point in doing so.

Blurb:
Ashley is riding high after finally becoming a member of the pack. On that fateful night, the best and worst things happen to her. Not only does she turn into a wolf, but she finds her mate. None other than the pack’s nomad alpha, Phoenix. He doesn’t want her as his mate.
All he’s ever needed was his bike and the freedom of the open road—until Ashley. Phoenix knows he’s made a mistake by rejecting Ashley. Nothing else matters to him. Each time he visits the pack he hopes to see her, but she’s perfected the art of avoiding him—until he decides to stay.
Ashley wants to stay mad at Phoenix to protect herself, but with every passing day she learns more about their aloof alpha. She wants to give herself to him completely, but will she be risking more than her body?
He left once. He rejected her once. He’d been cruel. Is there any chance that he’s really changed
Excerpt:
Ben and Leah were already upset with Ashley’s decision to leave. They had voiced their concerns and their lack of support. They didn’t want her to leave, certainly not the pack.
No one would understand why she had to leave. It hurt. There was nothing but pain every single day she was with the pack. She had lived with that pain, hoping it would get better, hoping she’d stop thinking about Phoenix, or that she’d at least find someone to move on. But there was no way she could do that to Daniel, even though he offered himself all the time, which made her sad. He deserved someone better than her, someone who was going to love him for him.
“Is that what this is about? You want to punish your parents and your boss because of me?” Phoenix asked.
She snorted. “Get over yourself.” She grabbed her bag and started walking away, heading toward home.
Ashley didn’t get very far, as she wasn’t just stopped but thrown over Phoenix’s shoulder and carried none too gently away from the town. They entered the forest and when they were far enough away, she slapped his back.
“Put me down. I have no idea what you’re doing or why, but you put me down now!” She growled.
Anger worked its way up until she couldn’t control herself anymore and she bit him, on the ass. He was so infuriating.
“Ow!” He came to a stop near his home, where he lowered her to the ground.
Ashley wasn’t able to catch her balance and she ended up on her ass. “What the hell are you doing?”
“Don’t you see?” he asked.
“See what?” she asked, getting to her feet.
He spun her around, wrapped his arms around her body, and made her look across the forest at his home.
She noticed the leaves had been gathered up and made it look … neat. Ashley had always loved the old alpha’s house, not that she’d ever been invited or visited him while he’d been alive. While her parents were busy, she would wander the woods on her own and explore the outside of his home, which she loved. Even now, the house was beautiful. Set back as some kind of villainous fairy tale’s home, she found it had a certain charm about it.
“I’m not going anywhere. I’m here to stay.”
She shook her head. “I don’t care.”
“Damn it, Ashley, what will it take?”
She shoved his hands away and spun around to face him. “Everything. Don’t you get that? You think because you’re sticking around this time and showing me a small bit of kindness, you expect me to what, lay down, show you my belly, and thank you for even giving me the tiniest shred of attention?”
He went to open his mouth but she held her finger up to stop him.
“Don’t even think of answering that with a smart-ass answer. I get it. You think … ugh, you think this is easy for me. Do you have any idea what it’s been like these past five years?”
She hated how her voiced wavered. She wasn’t going to cry. She refused to allow those tears to fall. It wasn’t fucking fair. He was so strong. He’d left town, multiple times. He’d gotten on his bike and ridden off into the sunset like it was nothing. All the time she had to focus on his cutting words of rejection. She had to live with being the first woman and wolf to have been rejected.
“Do you know you ruined one of the best days of my life? I was riding high from my transition. Not only had I graduated high school, I’d gotten through my transition. I was a wolf, finally. I had my place in the pack. The beer tasted rancid, but from everything that happened, I felt sick.”
“A wolf’s first time is hard,” Phoenix said.
“So I left. I … I think I felt you before you were cruel to me. Before you said what you did. Before you rejected me. I felt you, and then, what were you going to do?” she asked. “Strangle me? Get rid of the evidence that you had a fucking fat mate?”
Phoenix frowned. “What are you talking about?”
“Don’t do that,” she said.
“I’m not doing anything. I never once told you, you were fat.”
