Gavin is a Dom and he doesn’t like to share. When his lover tells him about Heidi and her submissive side he’s intrigued by her, but he can live without a woman in his life, as long as Landon is with him.

From the moment all three meet up the chemistry between them sizzles. Gavin sees Heidi’s submissive side and her fear of him. When all of her protective walls break down, neither of them are prepared for Landon’s decision. How can someone choose between the two people he loves?

Can Landon fix what he has broken? And can Gavin handle having two submissives under his care?

“There, bossy. All finished.” She handed him the bowl. They walked together to the sink. He washed the bowl while she dried it and then placed the bowl with the others on the far side. Landon admired her ass. The full curves would look gorgeous in one of the red thongs he’d brought her.

Gavin’s orders came back to him. Following behind her, Landon pressed her against the fridge. The smile on her lips fell.

“What’s the matter?” she asked. She licked her lips, and taking things slow went out of the window. Landon wanted her, and waiting for her to get on the same thought process was no longer acceptable.

“I need to do something.”

He leaned in close. Heidi pressed a hand against his lips stopping him from taking what he wanted.

“What are you doing?”

Taking hold of her hand, Landon pressed it against the fridge. “Trust me, Heidi. I’d never hurt you, but there is something I’ve wanted to do for some time. I need to know if you taste as good as you look.”

Before she got a chance to protest, Landon slammed his lips down on hers. The plump flesh opened up to his onslaught. He plunged his tongue between her lips relishing the taste of her. Running his hands up and down her body, Landon caught her to him. All of his dreams were being answered in that one simple kiss.

She moaned, wrapping her arms around his neck. Heidi pressed against him, and any chance of holding back was lost.

“No, we can’t,” she said, breaking the kiss.

“Yes, we can. I want this, Heidi, and so do you.” He brushed her lips with his again. Touching wasn’t enough. Landon started to unbutton her blouse. He stroked her rounded stomach, moving the blouse out of the way to cup one of her full mounds. Her nipple pressed against his palm.

Heidi pushed him away. Her shirt was open with only the top button fastened. “What about Gavin?” she asked.

“If only you knew.” Landon lifted her onto the counter. “I’ve waited too fucking long to have you in my life. Derek’s a fucking idiot. The moment you told me about your divorce I was so happy. You’re mine.”

Laughing, he cupped her face, staring into her eyes. The love he felt for her was reflected in his gaze, or at least he hoped it was.

“This is crazy. I can’t come between you two.”

Opening her thighs, Landon stepped between them. “You’ve got no idea what we’ve got planned.”

He ran his thumb over her bottom lip watching her gasp.

“What part of ‘take it slow’, didn’t you understand?” Gavin said.

But Troy pushes him away, and Josh has to decide if he’s willing to put both of their happiness to the test or to simply walk away from the unknown.

STORY EXCERPT

Troy accepted his lot in life, but he wanted love. He did want to settle down and find the right man to spend the rest of his life with. So, trawling the streets late at night, he’d gone into a secluded gay bar and bumped right into Josh Hudson. The rest of the night turned into a blur. He didn’t go home with his boss. What he did was spend the rest of the night into the early hours of Saturday morning talking to the guy. Josh ceased being his boss and became an everyday guy over the hours they talked. He learned so much about him.

The one thing he didn’t learn was why Josh had been in the bar. He hadn’t thought to ask at the time. Talking with each other without the constraints of work had been a pleasure Troy couldn’t deny himself.

Josh had walked him home during the sunrise. Neither touched nor spoke during the short, brisk walk. Talking had not been necessary. The closeness had been perfect. When they’d gotten to his place, Troy had taken out of his keys then, without thinking, kissed Josh on the lips. The touch had been small. Nothing big. Two lips against each other. One set of lips inviting the other for so much more. Troy hadn’t lingered over the kiss even though he wanted to. Josh’s lips felt perfect for the split second they were together. The electricity that had sparked between them left Troy wanting more. So much more. Out of all the men he’d dated, none of them ever left him wanting more. The other boyfriends or one-night stands had merely left him satisfied while the smallest kiss with Josh left him yearning for more.

All he could think about was meeting Josh again. Then, after a long, dreamless sleep, Troy had woken up and realised his mistake. He’d kissed his boss. Once the realisation set in, so, too, did the panic. He loved his job. The research, the clients, and answering the phone. He loved it and was damn good at what he did.

The elevator pinged, followed by the doors opening. Josh stood inside. He was on the phone, moving swiftly toward him. There was no change on his face even as Josh saw him. His boss stood right in front of him, said good-bye to whoever was on the phone, then looked at him.

“Bring my coffee and the morning mail into my office,” Josh said then walked around him.

Troy had expected words like “you’re fired” or “what the fuck were you doing?” All types of scenarios ran rampant in his mind.

Instead, he got an order for coffee and mail. Shaking himself out of his thoughts, he rushed to the lounge, grabbed a coffee then the mail.

He was about to walk into the office when he saw his hands were shaking. The coffee he’d made was spilling onto the floor.

“Shit,” he said. Putting the cup down on the desk, he grabbed some paper towels to start wiping up the mess he’d created.

Where was his usual efficiency? It was his boss, not a potential date or dinner with a client.

“Get yourself together, Troy, before you give him a great excuse to fire you.” The pep talk did little for his confidence. He cleaned the mess then went for another cup of coffee. Other people were milling around the office floor, waiting for the morning to pass. The law office could get busy, and there was always room for more researchers or staff. He shook his hands out to try to gain his composure.

“Are you all right, Troy?” Mandy asked. She was another personal assistant like him to another guy across the hall.

“Yeah, rough weekend.”

She came and put her hand on his shoulder. “Let me know if you need to talk. Stress is not good for the mind or the body.”

He liked her. She was a sweet little thing. “Will do.”

Mandy smiled at him, took a coffee for her own boss, then left the room.

“Get it together.”

His hands stopped shaking within moments. He took the cup, grabbed the mail from his desk, and entered the office where Josh was currently signing a piece of paper.

Troy put the coffee down then waited for Josh to put his hand out to take the mail. Nothing happened. He stared out of the office window overlooking the city.

When would the torture be over?

ADULT EXCERPT

Josh leaned down and brushed his lips against Troy’s. There was no response from him. “Either tell me to go or touch me, Troy.”

A split second passed, and Josh knew Troy was going to ask him to leave. His heart felt heavy. The pain smacked into his gut, holding him down like a lead weight.

“I don’t want you to go,” Troy said.

Josh didn’t give him time to change his mind. His lips were on Troy’s in a heartbeat. He pressed him against the wall, holding him steady as he plunged his tongue into his mouth. Their moans echoed around the room. Troy finally put his hands on him. His touch went down Josh’s back, around his waist, and up to circle his neck. Josh caught the hairs at the back of Troy’s head and pulled his head back. There was a gasp, followed by the sweetest sigh Josh had ever heard.

The need to fight his own feelings was strong, and he pushed all negative thoughts to the back of his mind. He didn’t need the added pressure of feeling he was doing something wrong. How could something that felt so right be so wrong? It was perfect.

“You’re wearing too many clothes,” Josh said, brushing his lips down to his neck. He inhaled the sweet fragrance of Troy’s cologne along with his own unique body scent.

He gave Troy enough time to unbutton his shirt then peeled the fabric from his shoulders. Troy had thick shoulders that had more to do with size than muscle. Josh got his own physique from the amount of exercise he did. “You feel so good,” he said.

Josh touched the younger man’s body, wanting more but not knowing how to ask for more.

“Let’s go someplace more comfortable.” Troy took his hand, leading him through to the sitting room. The couch was only a two-seater, and he understood why from the size of the apartment. It almost made him ashamed at the size of his own three-story home. He sat down on the couch beside Troy. There was no sound to be heard. They were both naked from the waist up. Josh saw Troy had no tattoos at all, unlike he did. He loved getting a tattoo. The only problem was the eagle on his back. He’d requested Natalie’s name under the tattoo only to have it removed and coloured in several months ago.

“Why do you have a tattoo on your back?” Troy asked, almost as if he was reading his mind.

“I love getting ink. The only problem with my profession is the fact clients don’t like seeing ink on their lawyers. I have to refrain from it being seen.” He turned his hand over, showing the intricate design of a dagger plunging through a heart on the inside of his arm.

“Is that why you wear long shirts?”

“Yes. I don’t want to talk about my ink, Troy. Come here.” He crooked his finger, telling Troy to come closer. There was a smile decorating his lips. Josh moaned as the other man got closer. The feel of him pressed against his body was heady.

Their lips touched, and little fireworks went off inside Josh’s body. He’d never felt such a primal connection as he did with Troy. When they were together, the world faded. Even when they were working, Josh always felt like they were the only two people in the world. Was this destined to happen between them?

Josh did not believe in fate or destiny. He believed in emotions and action. What was happening between them couldn’t be explained. All he had to do was allow his heart to lead for a change.

For the first time in his life, Josh felt deliriously happy. He’d never felt like this with Natalie. Josh ran his fingers up and down Troy’s back. Goose bumps erupted on his own flesh. Troy put a hand on his chest and ran his fingers past his nipples and down to the flat panes of his stomach.

He moaned, kissing Troy, then paused as the other man’s hand touched his cock. The excitement made him release pre-cum into his pants.

“I’m sorry,” Troy said.

“No, it’s all right, go ahead.”

He watched as Troy unbuttoned his pants. The zipper was lowered. Josh wore a pair of black boxer briefs. He lifted up for his pants to be pulled down. Troy went to the floor before him. Josh saw his cock was thick and outlined by the boxer briefs he wore. “We can stop if you’re not ready for more.”

Josh shook his head. He was more than ready. Everything that had ever happened in life he’d dealt with. He wasn’t lying when he said he’d regret walking away from Troy.

“I’m ready.” He pushed his boxers down his legs, watching as his shaft sprang straight up for attention.

This was it. Once they crossed this next line, there was no turning back. Usually, he’d feel a slight twinge of fear at being plunged into the unknown. Most of the other times in his life he was alone when dealing with the unknown. This time, he wasn’t alone. He had Troy. His very loyal personal assistant.

“I want you, Troy.”

Worst Blogger….Ever!

Hi all,

I know some time has passed since I last put up a random blog post but life has been crazy and has not stopped. Christmas has always been hectic and this year was no different. The time passed so fast, before I knew it, I was celebrating the New Year.

During this year I’m hoping to keep you all updated on everything that is going on in the world of Sam instead of waiting till the last minute. My plans for this year are all over the place. I know I want to continue the stories that I’ve started but I also want to bring more series to you. I’ve got more series and (fingers crossed) longer stories.

I really want to delve right in and show you all so much. So, my New year’s goal is to show you more of me and my muse. Expect more variety and more length. I hope so anyway.

I find New Year’s resolutions hard to keep and I like to think of them as more goals than resolutions. I feel I will keep to them than with the resolutions. Dieting and all that other stuff is out of the window lol. When the muse hits, I answer her call.

Do you have any goals you want to share? I’d love to hear what you have planned for 2013.

Kick starting the New year, His to Control has already release at all the sites. A start to my variety is my first male/male romance releasing by Siren.

“I want you, Troy.”

Guest: Marie Medina

Five years ago, Sam pushed Gabriel away because he couldn’t face his own fears about being openly gay in his small hometown. He had another secret too, but he believed no one could help him, not even Gabriel. He took actions that broke Gabriel’s heart, and his own, but then tragedy unexpectedly freed him from the need for secrecy. And Gabriel returned.

Gabriel told himself he only wanted to comfort Sam, but in his heart he knew he wanted more. He wanted answers, and he wanted Sam’s love. Just as Gabriel is convincing Sam they can be happy together, events force Sam to reveal all his secrets to his family. These revelations cause all the disharmony Sam always feared, and Gabriel can only hope that this time Sam will realize their love is worth fighting for.

Excerpt

Gabriel gripped the bedpost to keep from crossing the room to Sam, who stared out the bedroom window and refused to turn and face him. Sam fingered the blue curtains and intently studied the pattern on the material. Gabriel had been waiting all night for Sam to say something, to somehow explain himself. He didn’t understand how Sam could stay silent. Gabriel felt like screaming at the top of his lungs.

“Sam, I want an explanation from you. I’ll get it from Laura if I have to.”

Sam finally turned around. “What do you want me to say? I didn’t think she would tell everyone tonight at the party. I thought I would have a chance to talk to you first and somehow explain what’s happening.” He fixed his eyes on the unmade bed.

Gabriel’s eyes flicked over the bed and the hunter green comforter bunched at the foot. The bed hadn’t been made since the last time they had made love two nights ago. He set his gaze on Sam again, unable to keep the bitterness out of his tone. “Well, an engagement is big news.” He moved closer to Sam. “It was huge news to your boyfriend.”

“Gabe, just listen to me. Laura is pregnant—”

Gabriel cut him off. “Yes, everyone knows! It’s a very poorly kept secret that Michael knocked her up. But you dating a guy? Fucking a guy? That’s been kept well under wraps, and now I see why!”

Sam looked into his eyes. “You don’t see at all. Gabe, I love you, but Michael has abandoned her. I don’t just mean he dumped her. He has left town. She has no job and no one to take care of her.”

“She should have thought of that while she was fucking him without a condom. Tell her to go home to her parents.”

Sam shook his head. “Her mom’s dead. And her stepdad? They don’t need to be alone, if you get what I mean.”

Gabriel cringed. His anger lessened a little because he’d always suspected Laura had had a rough childhood, but how was she their problem? “Sam, just be honest with me. If this was just about helping her, you’d ask her to move in with you, not marry you.”

“She…she loves me.” Sam turned away again.

Laura had always flirted with Sam, but she’d never made a hard play for him that Gabriel had seen. “Since when?”

“Since freshman year of high school. I never liked girls, ever, so I didn’t notice for a long time. Lots of other people knew she liked me. To them it makes sense I would come to her rescue now. How can I make you see? Colbert is my hometown, Gabe.”

What did that have to do with it? Gabriel shifted his stance and crossed his arms over his chest. “I know. I never get a chance to forget. It’s the reason I’m the only one who knows you like guys. I sure as fuck hope you don’t think we’re going to still be together after this. I don’t care if the marriage isn’t real. It’s just another way for you to hide from who you really are. With a wife and kid, no one will every look at you and wonder again. Your family won’t have to worry you’re a perverted freak anymore. They’ll all heave a huge sigh of relief and dance at your wedding.”

“That is not why I am doing this!” Sam said, putting his hands over his face.

Gabriel grabbed Sam by the shoulder and turned him around. “Yes, it is. Now, I have something to tell you.” He loosened his grip a little, letting his fingers massage Sam’s shoulders. “I’ve gotten into the grad program at Stony Brook University. For anthropology, I can hardly do better, so I have to go. I wanted you to come with me. I was going to ask you tonight, but then…” He let his voice trail off as he released Sam.

“That’s great. Did they offer you money?”

“Yes, but I don’t want to talk about what’s going on with my funding. I want to talk about what’s going on with my life. My future.”

“I promised her.”

The simple, placid answer infuriated him. “Why?” Gabriel screamed. “Why the fuck would you make such a promise? Is that the best explanation you can give me? I’m sorry she’s had some tough breaks. I’m sure she is in love with you because I know I am.” He sighed heavily. “You’re going to enter into a fake, loveless marriage because she loves you and you pity her. But me? You can’t even touch me in public.”

“You know why we have to be careful.”

“After four years, that excuse is getting old. What did you think would happen when we graduated?” He’d endured four years of hiding and lying because Sam made him happier than any other man ever had, but continuing the deceit would eventually destroy that happiness.

“I don’t know.” He gave a tight shrug. “I guess I hoped something would happen.”

Gabriel ran his hands through his hair. “Like what? My getting into Stony Brook is perfect. We’d be getting away from your family and their judgment.”

Sam didn’t say anything.

“But you’ve made a promise.” He shook his head. “There’s something wrong here. You’re not telling me something.” Before now, Sam had never kept any secrets from him. He’d always told Gabriel the things he couldn’t tell anyone else.

“It’s complicated. She turned to me, and I couldn’t live with myself if I turned her away. The baby deserves a chance. It’s innocent. What can I say to make you understand?”

“What can you say?” He put his hands on Sam’s shoulders again. “Tell me you don’t love me. If you’re not hiding anything, you must be able to turn your back on me this easily because you don’t actually love me.” He gave him a little shake and whispered, “If it’s true I can take it, Sam. You’ve always been honest with me before. I’ll accept all of this if you don’t love me.”

Sam shook his head.

“Come on. Tell me.” Gabriel backed him against the bookshelf next to the window. “Tell me you don’t like me touching you.” He ran his hands down Sam’s shoulders, wanting to toss him on the bed and take him right then. He needed to be inside him, to feel Sam’s flesh encompass him as they both moaned.

Sam shook his head again.

Gabriel brought his lips to Sam’s for a tender kiss. He brushed them gently, and then licked Sam’s lower lip. When Sam softened and parted his lips, Gabriel left the tenderness behind. He pressed Sam against the shelf and kissed him hard, his tongue invading his mouth, possessing it. Sam’s arms snaked around his neck as he moaned, and Gabriel rubbed his erection against Sam’s thigh, knowing how much Sam liked for him to be aggressive. He loved Sam’s reactions, loved the way they came together.

When the kiss broke, Gabriel ran his hand between them. He looked into Sam’s blue eyes as he stroked Sam’s cock through his jeans. It strained against the material, wanting Gabriel’s touch. “Tell me you don’t want me to suck your cock.”

“Gabe, please.” The words came out in a whimper of need.

“Please what? Please suck you off until you scream?” He unzipped Sam’s pants and freed his cock. “Scream the way you did the last time?” He got down on his knees and tongued the head, licking a drop of pre-cum from the slit. Then he took Sam’s dick into his mouth. Working his tongue along the underside in slow circles, he looked up into Sam’s eyes as he pulled him deeper. Sam gazed down at him for a moment, but then he closed his eyes and pressed his lips shut.

What did he want to say? What was he holding back? Gabriel held Sam’s hips firmly in place as he bobbed his head back and forth. Taking the head to the back of his throat, Gabriel breathed in Sam’s scent as Sam bucked forward and groaned. Then he raked his teeth all the way along the length of Sam’s cock before sitting back on his heels to look at him.

Sam’s breaths came in gasps as he looked down at Gabriel. “This isn’t fair, Gabe.”

Gabriel stroked the shaft. “It isn’t fair? You fuck me four or five times a week and tell me you love me, and then I come to a party you invited me to only to find out you’re engaged to marry someone else?” He leaned forward and nipped at the head of his cock, then licked it slowly. Peering up into his face again, he asked, “How in the fucking hell is that fair?”

“I didn’t have time to tell you.”

Another short, meaningless answer. Something had changed, but Gabriel didn’t know what. The openness he’d always loved in Sam was gone now. Gabriel stroked harder and faster, loving the way Sam swelled in his hand. He wanted to make him come hard. “Didn’t have time? Telling me must not have been very important.”

He pushed Sam’s jeans down so he could play with his balls. He sucked one into his mouth as his fingers strayed back to Sam’s hole. Gabriel massaged the tight ring of muscle as he licked Sam’s cock. Then he swallowed it again, deep-throating him right away.
