With Regards to Giveaways
On Facebook and on the sam crescent website, I offer giveaways in the form of signed paperback books, ebooks, ARCs (advanced reader copies), and book boxes.
For signed paperbacks and book boxes, I will require your name and address to be able to send these giveaways. I will contact you directly on Facebook, for the sole purpose of the giveaway. I will not share your details and on completion of sending the giveaway, all of your details will be deleted and you will be informed of your details deleted. I will not be able to see your details anymore. If you do not wish for me to know your address, please do not enter the giveaway.
For eBooks. In order to send eBooks I will require either your kindle email or your standard email to send. I will not share your emails as these come directly from me. I do nothing with your email address other than the purpose of sending you the winning eBook that is on offer, or of your choice. Once you receive your winning book, I will delete your email.
ARCs (advanced reader copies), these are sent directly from Evernight Publishing and so, your email will be given to them for the sole purpose of sending you the copy of the ARC you have entered to win. Your email address will not be shared or sold for any other means. It will be for the sole purpose of receiving a free book to review. If you don’t wish to have your email sent to Evernight Publishing, please do not enter.
Whilst we make sure that the giveaway stays free to you there are some things that are out of our control.
Due to the UK leaving the EU, Some International parcels may be subject to import duties and taxes in some countries. These are the responsibility of the Winner to pay for when your Gift reaches the set destination. Please note that we cannot be held liable for these charges, and have no control over them as they are set by importing and duty regulations in your country. We do endeavor to make sure everything is marked as a gift and pay all the postages charged to get these to you.
Just to advise that I will never ask you for your bank details. Please never give them to anyone claiming to be associated with me, as that is not the case.
