  29. My book of choice is “Experiment” , I love that book so much. For me it resonated on a personal level. My best friend went through a similar experience in high school. No, there parents didn´t date. She is quite a bit over weight though but has the best heart a person can have and is so beautiful. The guy was a really popular athlete but he seemed ashamed to show he really liked her around other people, she was so sad and about to tell him to fuck off. Guess how suprised she got when he asked her to (Swedens version off) senior prom. Turned out there was a girl obsessed with him that was not a nice person, so he thought he was protecting her from harm (stupid boy logic). Unlike the book, they did not end up married, but dated a long while and are still friends after almost 30 years.
