Hi everyone,

Now, if you’ve read my books, you know I love to cook and to bake. In fact, I would say this is possibly one of my all time favorite things to do besides writing and reading. I am obsessed with it, and so I’m going to attach all of my recipes that I make here. I will make blog posts and then make it work somehow. I’m not tech savvy at all, far from it.

Some of them will have pictures on, and others won’t. I am not by any means a great photographer at all. I cannot take pictures to save my life, and I am not saying any of these recipes are authentic or exactly as they should be, but they’re what I’ve come to make, to love. There are also things I don’t like to cook, and you’ll see that I do avoid them. One of them is, I hate raw garlic. I cannot stand it. I love spice and chilli of all kinds. My favorite is jalapeno in whole, canned, or even powder form.

I hope these bring you pleasure, but it will take me time to write them up. I hope that is okay. Also, I have a lot of American measuring cookbooks as well as British ones, so the measurements will differ from time to time. I will try to keep everything pretty consistent. I do love the use of cup measurements though. So much.
