New Release: The Marriage Sacrifice

The Marriage Sacrifice

Sage Boyle doesn’t want to get married, and she certainly wants nothing to do with ultimate playboy Dominick “Dom” Duke. She has her own life far away from the limelight, and she doesn’t want her life to change to satisfy her greedy parents.

Dom has a problem. His father made one too many bad investments, and the company is on the verge of bankruptcy. So even though he once promised Sage he wouldn’t force her into marriage, he doesn’t have a choice. He has to marry her for the sake of the company and all the people relying on him to keep it going.

He has to make Sage fall in love with him, or all is lost. Women do love him, and he’s had more than his fair share of experience, so getting Sage to fall shouldn’t be too hard.

What Dom never anticipated doing was falling in love himself. Sage is not like anyone he’s ever known. She’s funny, strong, independent, kind, loving—everything he’s ever wanted in a woman.

When she learns the truth, is it too late for Dom to be honest with her? Or have his secrets risked losing Sage forever?

Excerpt:

“Wouldn’t it just be easier to learn how to cook?”

“Nah, not for me. I’ll stick with, you know, ordering in.”

“I’m going to convince you,” she said.

“Convince me of what?”

“To cook for yourself. I believe everyone should be able to cook and have a right to cook themselves. I’ll teach you.”

He laughed. “You’ll teach me?”

“Yep. I was taught.”

“By who?”

“One of my nannies. She made everything from breakfast, through to lunch and dinner. I also make a damn good chocolate chip cookie.” She winked at him. “Don’t worry, you’ll be able to do this in no time.”

“Yeah, I don’t see that happening.”

“Stop being such a drag. Come on. This is going to be a lot of fun.”

“Your idea of fun and mine are two different things.”

She rolled her eyes. “Spoilsport.”

Sage gasped as he moved up behind her. She’d already started to unpack the bags of goodies they’d purchased together. She was going with a stir-fry. They were quick, easy, and a lot of fun. She’d been experimenting with them for ages.

Her mind went completely blank as he pressed his rock-hard cock against her ass.

“I’ve got something to ask you, Sage.” His lips nuzzled her neck, and she closed her eyes at the temptation he was presenting her.

From their kiss that afternoon, she’d been thinking about nothing but. She’d wanted him to push all of his stuff off his desk, and to take her right then and there.

She didn’t need for it to be prim or proper. She wanted the display of manliness.

When the kiss had come to an end, she’d wanted to beg him for more, but she’d not taken. She’d let him lead.

“What do you want to ask?”

One of his hands was on her hip, and the other had moved some of her hair off her face.

He was wasting time. She would start putting her hair up because it was becoming way too much of a distraction for the both of them.

Biting her lip, she opened her eyes, staring straight ahead.

“Are you a virgin?”

“No.”

“You’re not?”

She put the eggs down on the counter and spun so she could face him. “No. I didn’t wait around for you, Dom. You were out partying and we had a deal we wouldn’t be marrying each other, so I didn’t think I was breaking any code.”

“You weren’t.” The fingers on her hair moved down, and he cupped her breast. “And now?”

“Now?” The tips of his fingers stroked across her nipple. It had been a long time since she’d been with a man.

She did only have one boyfriend before her engagement with Dom. It didn’t exactly last, and since then, she’d been losing herself in her projects and her work.

Until now.

She was super-aware of his touch, the fingers on her tit and the hand on her waist. It wasn’t enough, and yet, it felt like something amazing.

“Is there anyone in your life now?”

“No. I wouldn’t be engaged to you if there was.”

“Your parents would have made them disappear. They want this union between us,” he said.

“In case you didn’t notice, I don’t take orders from my parents. I do what I want.”

“And to hell with the consequences?”

“No. I think about everything.”

“Do you have any idea what you do to me?” he asked.

“I’ve got an idea.”

He slammed his lips down on hers.

New Release: His Secret Sin

His Secret Sin

Diego Leoni is used to getting what he wants. He’s one of the best capos the outfit has to offer. Anyone who betrays the outfit, he kills. His first wife knows about that.

Belle Johnson is alone in the city, trying to prove her independence. Blinded in an accident as a child, she can’t rely on anyone. Now, abandoned in a nightclub by her friends, she has to call for help. And Diego answers, being the sweet, kind man, who helps her home.

Diego knows he can’t keep Belle forever. She doesn’t know who he really is, and there’s no way to tell her that the person she’s having sex with is also part of the mafia. Violence is in his blood, and yet, when he’s with Belle, the darkness fades away, leaving just the two of them.

The only problem is, he’s already engaged to another woman, one whom he doesn’t want. But he can’t let Belle go. The only solution is to get Belle pregnant and keep her in his world—without ever letting her know exactly who he is.

But secrets don’t stay hidden forever…

Excerpt:

All so she could have a chance encounter with Diego.

This was crazy.

She had never been the kind of woman to put herself in danger in the hope of seeing someone else.

“What can I get you?” a guy asked.

“Erm, are you the barman?”

“Yes, sweetheart.”

“Excellent. Can I just get a bottled water? The cap still on? Thank you.”

“Sweetheart, you’re in a bar.”

“I know. I just. Look, my friend is on the dance floor, and I can’t see. Please, can I just have some water?”

She always tried to make sure she never showed how nervous or vulnerable she was, but this was so fucking hard. She wanted to cry, but she kept those tears locked inside.

The barman didn’t put her drink in front of her.

He didn’t come back and speak to her.

Melanie didn’t return, and the bar was only getting busier, more frantic.

Closing her eyes, Belle tried to focus. She could make it out of here.

She had just gotten to her feet when someone pushed her hard. She landed on the floor as someone stood on her hand.

She cried out, but in the next second, she was lifted up. The cologne, she recognized instantly.

“Diego?”

“I take it your friend has left you again?” he asked.

The noise of the club faded, and they weren’t on the street.

“Where are you taking me?” she asked.

“To my office where you’ll be safe and not trampled to death. You didn’t even arrange a private booth.”

“Surprise. Tonight wasn’t exactly planned.”

“I expected more from you.”

She tripped over her own heels again, and she heard him curse. In the next second, she let out a gasp as he lifted her up.

“Man, you’re so strong.” He carried her somewhere. She heard a door open and close, and then she was placed on a hard surface. His desk? “Look, I can take care of myself.”

“You can?”

“Yes.”

“Oh, please. One shove and you were on your ass.”

“Technically, I was on my hands and knees.”

“And you think that’s any better?”

“Well, no, but, oh, please, stop doing this. Stop making this harder than it’s meant to be.”

“I should call your father.”

“Oh, my, you’re not my brother or my keeper.”

“I’m doing a better fucking job of it than your best friend.”

This made Belle pause. “Job? Are you, like, working for my father? Do you even own this nightclub? Has my father hired you to keep an eye on me?”

She wouldn’t put it past him. He always did things like this behind her back. She knew for a fact he was paying Melanie to keep an eye on her, not that her friend was doing a good job of it. Other than when Melanie needed money, she rarely saw her friend. Most of the time, she was gone, doing her own thing.

“I’m not working for your father. This is my club, and I wouldn’t lie to you.”

“How did you know I was here?” she asked.

“I saw you enter on my security cameras. I watched your friend leave you by the bar. Just so you know, she already found someone and they left together. You need to stop hanging around with her.”

Tears filled her eyes, and she heard him curse again.

“I’m sorry. I’m not usually this emotional. I’m not usually this stupid. She promised she wouldn’t leave me again.”

Diego cupped her face. “Fuck, baby, please, do not cry.”

“I can’t seem to stop.”

“I can’t handle it when you cry.”

She sniffled. “I’m trying to stop.”

He didn’t let her go, and she felt his breath across her face. It was so close.

“Diego?”

Just as she finished saying his name, he slammed his lips down on hers, silencing any more sound from her. This was her first real kiss.

New Release: Ink (The Skulls)

ink

The Skulls, 17

Ink knows Darcy has a “little girl” crush on him, and he finds it sweet and cute. However, when Darcy becomes sick, it brings back memories of a past he doesn’t want to remember. Put in an impossible position, he hands in his leather cut and leaves Fort Wills, never intending to look back.

For three years, Darcy has been filled with guilt. She knows she’s the one responsible for losing Ink. She never meant to force him away, but she did. So when Ink returns, she wants to put everything right.

Ink now has a fresh purpose in life. With the aid of her parents, Ink is going to help Darcy move forward, to live her life, to be independent. Ink wants to be her friend.

But jealousy isn’t something he expected to feel with Darcy. She’s younger than he is, and he shouldn’t fall for her, and yet, he can’t live without her.

For Darcy, having Ink to herself is a dream come true, but how long can it last? He left once. Will he leave her again? There’s no way she’d be able to live with that kind of heartache—should she even take that chance?

Excerpt:

He saw Darcy clearly.

The guy she was with wasn’t someone he recognized. Whatever he’d said to Darcy had made her laugh though. Her head was thrown back, and she looked so incredibly happy. He stopped, watching her. She looked happy. She’d pinned her short locks up, and she wore a pair of jeans and a large shirt.

This Ward was making her laugh, and giving her happiness, and it bothered him. He’d never been like this with anyone else, so seeing her like this, happy, it was hard for him to go and interrupt.

You’re also jealous.

He remembered how she’d try to make him laugh or talk to him. When she had a crush on him, she’d always tried to make him happy.

This Ward, he didn’t know who the guy was, but he wasn’t going to let Darcy get hurt.

He stepped around the building and walked with purpose toward them. Darcy saw him first, and the smile on her lips vanished. Now that hurt. He’d done nothing to hurt her in all the time he’d known her.

“Ink,” she said.

“Darcy, if I knew you needed to have lunch brought to you, I’d have dealt with it.” He was being a grade-A dick, but once he started, he couldn’t seem to stop.

“Is this a friend of yours?” Ward the prick asked.

“Yes. He’s friends with my mom and dad.”

He clenched his teeth together, hating that she’d made that distinction between them. She’d never once referred to him as her parents’ friend.

“Lunch is pretty much finished, and I think I should start heading back. It has been a pleasure, Darcy. We must do this again sometime.”

“You have my number.”

Now Ink wanted to destroy the bastard’s phone. Was he the only one that cared about her safety? Right now, it fucking felt like it, and it was pissing him off.

The picnic table was wrapped up, and he reached for Darcy.

“She’ll call you when she wants to see you again.”

Ward didn’t take a hint and leaned in, kissing her cheek.

Ink wanted to hurt that pretty face. To mark it up so the fucker knew never to touch her again.

Finally, Ward left, and he and Darcy were alone.

“What the hell?” Darcy asked. “What was that?”

“What do you even know about that guy?”

“How did you know I was even here on a date?” she asked. She stared at him and laughed. “Wow, Tabitha. She was the one who encouraged me to go on this date, and yet she’s telling you all about it.”

“She should tell me, especially when you put your life in danger.”

“Danger? There was no danger. I didn’t go back to his place, nor did I go somewhere in his car. I had a picnic lunch with him close to where I work, surrounded by people. I’m not stupid, Ink. I know what I’m doing!” She yelled at him.

“You’re so determined to date. That guy could be a serial killer. You ever thought of that?”

She gasped. “So you’re saying the only kind of guy I could possibly get is the kind that goes around killing people. There is nothing wrong with wanting to date. It’s a perfectly logical thing to want to do. I don’t want to be alone and miserable for the rest of my life.”

“Guys are not just going to want to date, Darcy. They’re going to want a whole lot of other things.”

“I know, and I want them too.”

“You want sex.”

“Yes!” She yelled, getting into his face. “I want to experience everything. Do you want me to spell it out for you, Ink? I want everything. I want sex. I want to be desired, needed, craved, loved. You name it, I want it all, and it has to start with dating. With finding a guy who is not afraid of the club or my family.” She shoved him hard. “Now leave me alone.”
