What I’ve Been Reading

Hello folks, sorry it has been a while since I last posted. Last week I heard the news on Office Hours being brought forward to June 20th release. Super excited here 🙂

I also got my cover and art work for Office Hours and I love it.

Right, so I’ve read two stories.
The first is Rory By Julia Templeton
loved this book. I’m not a big historical person, I find they can be quite the same but this story was fantastic. The character were superb and well written. The chemistry smoking hot. I loved the need and passion portrayed by Rory, the main character. The love in this is gradual and realistic and sweet. The plot was a nice change but not overpowering to the love story. I love the connection between the characters. It has been a while for me to love a historical book but this is in my keep pile.

I know I’ll be reading this again and again. A highly recommended read.
The second story I read is Doll by Nichelle Gregory.
This is a story I won on the http://totalebound.blogspot.com/2011/04/48-hours-of-nothing-but-pleasurewhat.html. It is a very short story (novella) in length. I have never read a story like this and I thoroughly enjoyed it. In fact I would have loved for it to be a bit longer, but I think that is me being greedy.
The story is about Rena who has become a sex doll (loved this concept). For forty-eight hours she is only allowed to say ‘yes’ and ‘please’ and to fulfill every sexual desire. Enter the man of the story Raiden. He is hot and you can see clearly Rena’s desire for Raiden.
Rena is at his mercy and is desperate to satisfy him. I won’t tell you how the story ends. find out for yourself at Details for Doll by Nichelle Gregory.
I hope you all had an amazing Easter, enjoyed the Royal Wedding and a wonderful May day Bank Holiday
